There are several ways you can check.

1. Check from your computer: go to the command prompt and use the following commands

nslookup yourdomain.com
tracert yourdomain.com (if you are on a Windows system)
traceroute yourdomain.com (if you are on an *nix system)

they will bring you an idea where the error is. If you dont understand the results, just copy them, and submit a supporting ticket. Our tech will help

2. Check from outside tools: you can use the following tools
- http://www.siteuptime.com/users/quickcheck.php
- http://www.alertra.com/spotcheck.php

They will check your website from different places over the world, to make sure it's accessible. If you see errors, please submit a ticket with that result,
